Abraham and his six siblings entered the child protection system when he was a baby. Since then, he has faced a variety of medical diagnoses, affecting his eyes and mobility. Still, the Lord has been gracious.
12 orphans we serve in Liberia are now university students at four universities. In 1988, I saw children playing on and roaming the streets of Tanzania. They told me, they don't have a place to stay. So I asked myself, "Why are these kids suffering this way, with nobody to care for them?"
