Our ministry in Bolivia seeks to provide Christ-centered care for orphaned and abandoned children.
By meeting their physical needs, working to heal past traumas, and providing emotional and psychological support, we seek to compassionately point children to Christ and ultimately demonstrate God’s love for them.

Why We Serve in Bolivia
It’s estimated that 7 out of 10 women in Bolivia suffer from physical aggression or abuse, most often at the hands of someone living in their home. Bolivia has one of the highest rates of femicide in all South America. Many of the children we care for were abandoned or orphaned as a result.
Whenever possible, we look for ways to reunify the children with safe family members if there are healthy relationships and environments available to them. If this is not possible, we continue to provide holistic, Gospel-centered care, helping each child transition successfully into adulthood.

What We Strive to Provide to Every Child We Serve
Our belief in God and His grace in our lives energizes us for a specific work. With God’s help, every child we serve will be taught the gospel and how to be followers of Christ, not want for food, shelter, medical care, and clothing, receive a quality education to provide a foundation for their future, and have access to continued love and support while transitioning into adult living.
Key Areas of Ministry in Bolivia
Discipleship
Through weekly prayer and Bible study with our staff and the children we serve, we seek to make discipleship an integral part of our work. In addition, each of our homes independently provide Bible study and worship time led by our chaplain or program coordinators. Partnership with the local church and service opportunities are key to discipleship.
Safe Homes
Our partners provide comprehensive care to vulnerable children by meeting their physical needs, working to heal past traumas, and providing emotional and psychological support. We compassionately point children to Christ and ultimately demonstrate God’s love for them. Our current ministry provides care in four different homes to children and young adults.
Transition Homes
We provide a transition program to help individuals aging out of orphan care prepare for independence in a safe environment. We aim to help participants grow and mature spiritually, emotionally, and financially by encouraging higher education and the pursuit of basic life skills. Our ultimate goal is to help each young adult graduate from our program with a deeper relationship with Christ and the ability to break the cycle of poverty and abandonment they were born into.
National Adoption
Our goal is to place children into Christian families who will love them well. By working with local social workers, we support in-country adoption efforts.
